We are honored to collaborate with Beau Welling Design (BWD), founded by Beau Welling, who brings a uniquely diverse and intellectually driven approach to golf course architecture. His impressive background is combined with over a decade of experience assisting Tom Fazio and Tiger Woods and designing courses around the world.

We're excited to unveil our plans for an expanded and elevated Racquet Sports Complex. Designed to meet the needs of our 300+ pickleball players and 250+ tennis enthusiasts, this modern facility will enhance our vibrant lifestyle and give all our members another venue to connect socially.

Construction begins Summer 2026 with an estimated 16-month timeline. The complex will feature 2 stadium covered courts, 3 additional pickleball courts, a Retail Shop and locker rooms, a versatile sports bar and restaurant serving as a flexible meeting space, and a new outdoor beverage station, 4 covered bocce courts, and additional outdoor social seating areas.
